These 60-minute coaching sessions aim to continue your connection with your my manifesto coach and have them walk alongside you as you seek to live your authentic life.
They can be chosen as individual modules or in a series of three. You may choose to be coached organically towards living your personal manifesto and select Module 1, or as a series of three, comprising repeats of Module 1.
Alternatively, you may purchase any combination of Module 1 and the additional modules which contain success strategies that appeal to you. When you decide, you can indicate your preference to your coach after you receive your confirmation of purchase letter.
Module 1: Where You Are At.
This module provides a valuable check-in on your success in living your personal manifesto. Your coach continues the journey with you to assist you live the life you have envisioned. Your coach will meet you where you are at and coach you organically to the next stage of living your personal manifesto.
Module 2: Next Steps

Fleet Maull’s The Habit Forming Practice success strategy will be introduced and demonstrated to strengthen embedding your personal manifesto into your daily life.
Module 4: Journaling and Breath Work.

Journaling and Max Strom’s Breath Work success strategies will be introduced and demonstrated to complement living your personal manifesto daily.
Module 5: Synchronicity.
This module provides a valuable check-in on your success in living your personal manifesto. Your coach continues the journey with you to assist you live the life you have envisioned. Chris Mackey’s Synchronicity awareness success strategy will be introduced and demonstrated as a way of noticing affirmations of your personal manifesto in your daily life.
Module 6: Self-Compassion.
This module provides a valuable check-in on your success in living your personal manifesto. Your coach continues the journey with you to assist you live the life you have envisioned. Dr. Kristin Neff’s Self-Compassion success strategy will be introduced and demonstrated as a reminder that compassion needs to be directed inwards when living the intentional life of your personal manifesto.
