Sue
Wong

Sue is a career Secondary English teacher and Librarian. She  has a Certificate IV and Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching with Open Door Coaching. She is also a Professional Certified Coach with Growth Coaching International (GCI) in Leadership Coaching and Advanced Coaching: Solutions Focus Masterclass. She has her Coaching Accreditation with GCI.

Her teaching qualifications include a BA Hons in English followed by a Dip Ed. After a career of English teaching, Sue realised that there had been a paradigm shift in leadership styles and was attracted to deepening her ability to connect with others through adopting a coaching approach.

Over a three-year period, Sue pioneered the implementation of a coaching model at Geelong Grammar School, which included developing coaches and introducing coaching concepts for teachers and students.  During this time, Sue coached Justin and discovered that they are attuned in their personal values and their way of being. Out of this synchronicity, my manifesto has emerged.  Sue is delighted to be part of a service which is designed to enrich all those who experience it.

Charities We Support

For each my manifesto experience, a $10 donation will go to your choice of the following three charities.  You will be prompted at the Checkout to nominate your preferred charity.

Charity

Share The Dignity

Share The Dignity’s mission is to ensure that everyone is afforded the dignity in life that so many of us take for granted. To bring dignity to women and girls experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and period poverty through the distribution of sanitary items.

The simple but essential dignity this charity extends to all women and girls, by distributing sanitation items to vulnerable women, meets my manifesto’s fervent wish that no woman should be left behind.

Charity

Australian Indigenous Doctors' Association

AIDA is the peak national body representing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander doctors and medical students. AIDA’s work advocates for a health system that is culturally safe, reflective of needs and inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s cultural values, which in turn will improve the health and life outcomes of our people.

Inclusion and education vitally concern us at my manifesto. This charity’s work, which represents our Australian first people and advocates for a culturally sensitive healthcare system from which all of us can benefit, is deeply appealing.

Charity

International OCD Foundation

The mission of the International OCD Foundation is to help those affected by obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders to live full and productive lives. The Foundation aims to increase access to effective treatment through research and training, foster a hopeful and supportive community for those affected by OCD and the professionals who treat them, and fight stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Supporting people living with a mental illness is something close to our hearts at my manifesto. This international foundation champions research and provides valuable resources to help us understand the mental illness of OCD.
